Handling Time

In-stock orders are normally dispatched the same or next business day.

If one or more products are not currently in stock, we will normally collect the complete order and dispatch it when all items have arrived, unless otherwise agreed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Delivery is typically within 1–10 business days, depending on destination, carrier and local conditions.

UPS deliveries may often arrive within approximately 1–3 business days, while economy services such as DPD may typically take approximately 1–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local conditions, customs processing, holidays or carrier delays.

If an unusually long delivery time applies to your order, we will contact you.

Order Completeness & Split Shipments

We normally ship an order once all items are in stock. If your order contains both in-stock and temporarily unavailable products, the complete order will normally be held until the final items arrive.

If you need the available products sooner, please contact us. We can normally arrange to split the order and ship the available products immediately.

Additional shipping charges may apply to split shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination, selected carrier, parcel size and weight.

The available shipping options and exact shipping price are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

There are therefore no unexpected Ikelite-Europe shipping charges added after the order has been placed.

In-Store Pickup

You are welcome to collect your order in person from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

Pickup is free of charge.

Pickup is normally available between 10:00–16:00, but please contact us before visiting so we can confirm that your order is ready and arrange your visit.

International Shipping

We ship throughout Europe and worldwide.

International orders are normally delivered within 1–10 business days, depending on destination and selected shipping service.

For orders delivered within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT and there are normally no additional customs duties or import charges.

For qualifying deliveries outside the EU, Danish/EU VAT is normally deducted where applicable.

Local VAT, customs duties, import charges and carrier handling fees may be charged when the shipment enters the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have a deadline — for example an upcoming dive trip — please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Confirmation & Questions

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.

Where tracking is available, the shipment information will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
