How fast do you ship?
Many Ikelite products are held in our European warehouse and can be dispatched promptly. The actual delivery time depends on product availability and your destination. Contact us if you need equipment for a specific trip.
Do you keep products in stock in Europe?
Yes. We stock a wide selection of Ikelite housings, ports, strobes and accessories in Denmark. This gives European customers access to local stock, shipping and knowledgeable support.
Can you help me choose the right housing?
Absolutely. Tell us which camera and lenses you use and what you want to photograph underwater. We can help you select a compatible housing, ports, lighting and accessories. Ask our specialists.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your destination, the size and weight of your order, and your chosen shipping method. We cover standard shipping costs on orders over EUR 538. Express shipping is always available as a paid upgrade. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before payment.
Do you offer support after purchase?
Yes. We help customers with setup questions, compatibility and practical use of their Ikelite equipment. Our Getting Started video guides are a useful first stop, and you are always welcome to contact us.
