Delivery methods

Shipping in Denmark and abroad.

For addresses in Denmark, we ship your order with Post Danmark, GLS, UPS with delivery at either the parcel shop or at the specified address.

Pick up in-store

You can also choose to pick up your order at FOTOGRAFIT Langdalsvej 46, 1, DK-8200 Brabrand between 10.00-16.00, if you make an appointment at ikelite@fotografit.eu.

Delivery time

The delivery time is usually max. 1-10 business days. If the delivery time is longer than this, it will appear in your order/order confirmation. You will receive an email when your order is shipped from us.

Note: Your order will not be shipped until it is complete unless otherwise agreed.

This means that we wait for all the ordered items to arrive in our warehouse before we ship the order. Therefore, it may be faster for you to place separate orders on items that are out of stock or have unknown delivery times. Check the delivery time for each item. We will send you an email when your order is shipped.

Delivery abroad

If you order with delivery abroad(outside Denmark), your order will be shipped within 1-10 business days, unless otherwise stated by the order/order-confirmation. Unfortunately, we are not the master of the local delivery conditions, so we can not promise a specific delivery time for delivery abroad.

Delivery costs

If you pick up your order yourself, delivery is free.

If you want goods delivered to an address, the delivery fee is per. order:

Note! For delivery outside the EU, the National Customs Service may charge customs and VAT on the shipment. FOTOGRAFIT is not responsible for whether or not the national customs authorities charge this amount. Sometimes customs will charge the amount from the carrier, which will then be charged by the recipient. For delivery to Norway see the prices section.
