Delivery Methods

We primarily ship throughout Europe, but also offer international delivery. Packages are dispatched from Denmark.

Depending on your location your order is shipped via either Post Danmark, GLS, or UPS — either to a parcel shop or the specified address.

In-Store Pickup

You’re also welcome to collect your order in person at FOTOGRAFIT, Langdalsvej 46, 1, DK-8200 Brabrand, between 10:00–16:00. Please arrange your visit in advance at ikelite@fotografit.eu.

Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 1–10 business days. If a longer timeframe applies, it will be noted in your order confirmation. We’ll notify you via email once your order ships.

Order Completeness

We ship once all items are in stock (unless otherwise agreed). To receive in-stock items sooner, you may split your order.

International Shipping

Orders outside Denmark are shipped within 1–10 business days, unless specified otherwise. Delivery times may vary due to local conditions.

Shipping Costs

Pickup is free of charge.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs authorities may charge VAT or duties. FOTOGRAFIT is not responsible for these charges. In some cases, the carrier may collect them on delivery. See the pricing section for details on shipping to Norway.
