Compatibility
This housing is only compatible with Olympus Tough TG5, TG6 and TG7 cameras as shipped by the manufacturer. Unless otherwise noted, this housing does not accommodate the use of add-on grips, LCD covers, or other accessories.
The 3" diameter port on the housing feature a 67mm thread on the front for an easy attachment of external wet wide angle and macro wet lenses.
It is recommended to install the Update Kit for Olympus Tough TG-6 # 9295.08 on housings produced prior to August 2019 (serial numbers UC63332 and below). The update kit improves reliability of the Playback button operation.
Differences in lens and control placement prevent other Olympus camera models from being used in or adapted to this housing. We are not aware of any other models which may be used in or adapted to this particular housing.

Using an OM System TG-7 in an Olympus Tough TG-5, TG-6 Housing
In September 2023, OM System released the TG-7, the first Tough series camera since acquiring Olympus. It's nearly identical to its predecessor, the TG-6, with minor changes to the grip design.
One subtle alteration affects its compatibility with existing Ikelite housing for TG-5 and TG-6 cameras. The side profile of the TG-7 now slopes gently, causing interference with the housing's support ribs.
This interference only applies to housings manufactured before October 1, 2023 (serial numbers UC68462 and lower). Housings made after that date accommodate TG-5, TG-6, and TG-7 cameras seamlessly.
For those with older housings, here are your options:

Send the housing to us for a 125 EUR modification of the support rib (plus return shipping).

Carefully use strong clippers to remove part of the lower right support rib, taking care not to damage the o-ring sealing surface. However, note that this modification is at your own risk, and it may void the housing's warranty.
Please be aware that the TG-7 is not compatible with Ikelite housings designed for TG-1, TG-2, TG-3, or TG-4 cameras. If you're considering an upgrade, there are better budget camera options available in the market.
