The Ikelite 200DLM/D Underwater Housing for Canon EOS R8 [Fiber Optic Update] is a fully featured and durable waterproof housing engineered to take your Canon EOS R8 mirrorless camera into scuba diving, snorkeling, surf, pool, and other water environments with confidence. Built from a custom ABS-PC blend that is lighter than aluminum yet rugged enough for demanding use, the housing offers corrosion resistance and reliable protection down to 60 meters underwater.

An integrated Fiber Optic TTL transmitter communicates the camera’s flash signals to compatible Ikelite fiber optic strobes, enabling seamless automatic flash exposure — with easy in-camera adjustment of flash compensation. The housing’s signature open-groove O-ring design allows you to visually confirm the seal before you dive, and the vacuum leak detection system lets you check watertight integrity in advance. Ergonomic controls provide access to nearly all camera functions underwater, and the housing supports a broad range of Ikelite DLM (Dry Lock Micro) lens ports (sold separately) to match your preferred lenses for wide-angle, zoom, or macro work.
